This hotel offers great value for money, with rooms that have four twin beds lined up, perfect for families or groups of friends. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The location on the mountains provides a gorgeous view, and there are lockers available for snow gear. This ski hotel is perfectly located for those looking to explore the area, with free shuttle buses stopping right outside making it easy for all visitors to access major ski resorts. Although not directly beside the slopes, the hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants, giving tourists a chance to experience the local cuisine. the rooms are very comfortable, with every necessary amenity included, and the hotel provides a great breakfast to start the day and an Onsen to relax in afterwards.
Some guests have faced language communication barriers with the reception staff, leading to misunderstanding of amenities and hotel policies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for our ski vacation. It was conveniently close to the popular ski slopes in the area, which saved us a lot of time and effort in getting to different ski resorts. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to assist us whenever we needed something. Lastly, the basic amenities in the hotel were well-maintained and clean. Our room had lockers for our snow gear, which was very convenient and helped keep the room organized. Additionally, the breakfast included with our room had a great variety of options and provided a delicious start to our day on the slopes.
Everything was okay.

The location was perfect for skiing, with a shuttle bus running every half hour. The breakfast and dinners were also great with lots of variety and a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. Another bonus was the free lockers for ski storage at the end of each day.
The pillows and beds weren't very comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the walk to town was quite long, making it inconvenient to go grocery shopping or explore outside of the hotel.

Had an amazing Easter break at a hotel in Hakuba! the views were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious, with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. the shuttle buses were so convenient and made getting around a breeze, with easy access to ski resorts. the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the traditional Japanese onsen.
The location is a bit isolated, which made it difficult to find other restaurants aside from those in the hotel. the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, and there was no storage for wet boots.
